It was clean and spacious for three people. Staff were great and actually took an interest in you and your plans for the day. The complimentary scones and drinks were a bonus and a lovely touch. We caught Uber’s into town on average cost us $8.00-$10.00. There a shops located nearby if you don’t feel like travelling into city centre. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality budget accommodation. Read Less

The full staff went out of their way to help with any question or request we had, both before arrival via email and during our stay itself. Definitely one of the best service experiences I had in my life. Very very clean rooms. Complimentary scones in the morning to compensate that there is no breakfast service.

It might not be the best location in Cairns and also not the prettiest, most modern motel, but I would come back here for sure because of all the pros we experienced during our stay. We could not find any nice places to eat nearby the motel. But this really is nitpicking. It's no real trouble to go the centre of Cairns for that. More Read Less

They will go that extra mile for you, they are all genuinely interested in what you doing, where you are going and how you are finding your time in the apartment and Cairns.
The accommodation was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean. Great bed, so comfy.
Accommodation is well placed for easy access to the town and other attractions.
There is so much to do in Cairns and the staff will help you book it.
The pool area was nice. Depending on the time of day, you can choose between sun or shade.
We lived our stay here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is located quite close to the tourist part of town and is very reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and there is free tea and coffee and other refreshments and scones in a lounge downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Read Less
