Please note that our reception is open from 8am – 9:00pm daily, and that our check-in time is around 2:00 pm. Due to the hotel being full occupancy, we are unable to guarantee an early check-in for your reservation. We will advise Housekeeping to give priority to your room, and are happy to store your luggage while you take advantage of our hotel facilities such as our Guest Lounge with free tea & coffee all day, free WIFI internet, Palms Garden & BBQ and our swimming pool. Otherwise our excellent staff will be delighted to help you book some tours or give you directions to explore our beautiful city.

We take full payment on arrival. We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX cards. AMEX adds a 3% surcharge.

You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge until 6 pm the day prior to arrival. If you cancelled after this, or do not show up, the first night’s accommodation charge applies.
