Motel Policies & Information

• Check-in is from 2:00 pm.
• Check-out is prior to 10:00 am.
• The minimum age to make a reservation is 18 years.
• ID is required upon check-in.

Payment & Security

• Full payment is required on arrival.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Surcharges may apply.
• Credit card details are required prior to and during your stay for security purposes.
• If no credit card is on file, a cash security room deposit may be required.

Room Rules

• No smoking is allowed in the rooms. Extra fees may apply.
• No pets are allowed in the rooms. Extra fees may apply.
• No parties or events are allowed in the rooms. Extra fees may apply.
• Extra cleaning fees may apply. Please leave the rooms in a respectful condition.
• Minimal noise is required between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Damage, Keys & Guests

• Any damage or theft of motel property may result in a replacement fee.
• Lost keys may incur a lock and key replacement fee.
• The number of guests staying must match the number listed on your booking.
• Please contact us before arrival if you would like to add more guests. Extra fees may apply.

Extra Person Fees

Children aged 0–2 years stay free when using existing bedding. If a cot is required, a charge of $10 per night applies.

Any room can accommodate one additional fold-out bed. Please notify us prior to arrival if required. The cost of a fold-out bed is $20 per night.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or modify your booking by 6:00 pm the day prior to arrival to avoid a fee. If cancelled after this time, the first night’s accommodation will be charged.
