MOTEL POLICIES & INFORMATION

  • Check-in from 2:00 pm
  • Check-out prior 10:00 am.
  • Minimum age is 18 years to make a reservation.
  • ID is required upon check-in.
  • Full payment is required the night before at 6 pm. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex (surcharge). 
  • We require to hold your credit card details prior and during your stay for security.
  • We will ask to hold a security room cash deposit if no credit card on file.
  • No smoking allowed in the rooms, extra fees may apply.
  • No pets allowed in the rooms, extra fees may apply.
  • No parties or events allowed in the rooms, extra fees may apply.
  • Extra cleaning fees may apply, so please leave the rooms in a respectful condition.
  • Minimal noise between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.
  • Any damage or theft of motel property may lead to a replacement fee.
  • If loss of keys, a replacement fee of lock and keys may apply.
  • The number of people accommodated at the property must be the same mentioned in your booking. Please let us know if you would like to add more guests, extra fees may apply.

Extra Person Fees:

0-2 Years old stay for free using existing bedding, if you require a cot there will be a $5 per night charge. Any room can have one additional fold out bed placed in it. Please notify us pre arrival if required. The cost of a fold out bed is $20 per night.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please cancel by 6:00 pm the night before arrival date for no fee. If cancelled after this time, 1st nights accommodation will be charged.
